Details:

besides making previous purchases, Dylan Loisy decided to dispute his credit card charges that he made during the end 2014 holidays. He made 4 different purchases of up to $300. He disputed as unauthorized charges. Little did he know that his previous orders helped the credit card company to identify that he is an authorized buyer. Also his 4 latest orders were for the same device. Purely dumb! COMPULSIVE LIARS NEVER REMEMBER THEIR PREVIOUS LIES, BECAUSE THEY LIE ON A DAILY BASIS TO THEMSELVES AND THE REST OF THE WORLD.

At the end of the day, we won the disputes. BUt it sure did take a lot of evidence, proof, paperwork and time

Proving not authorized is pretty easy. The only thing you have to do is prove the item was shipped to the confirmed address of the credit card. Use every single piece of information you have from the buyer, such as name, address, phone number, email and link it all to the buyer and his billable credit card address. Also use Facebook (since its nothing but an overgrown database - use it to your advantage) print out what the person looks like from facebook, if you can find him. Submit a police report and get him on mail order fraud charges.

One thing you might want to do to, is submit your chargeback paperwork, along with a photo of his picture. He's going to get the paperwork back from his credit card company and be freaked out that you know now what he looks like.

But you should have no problem getting your money back, just done ever do business with him again and if attempts report him to the police dept and his credit card company and threan his credit card company with legal action for not closing his account down for repeated fraud.
