First of all its not the buyer you should be having the gripe with, its EBay. And you should reconsider doing business with an another business that's geared towards ripping you the seller off! The buyer couldnt of pulled off what they did without EBay allowing it to happen and making it part of their rules. EBay is basically telling buyers that its ok to rip off sellers and you can do it as many times as you want and its perfectly ok with them.
If you have any history with EBay you already know they are a buyer sided company that wants to give a false illussion. If you are subject to that type of BS with EBay, you should really consider another avenue to tell your items such as PrestoStore.com, there you can make up your own rules and policies. Not pay 25% of your payment to EBay. Its just you and only you.
