The buyer is nothing but a 2 bit moron trying to make ever excuse possible for being nothing more than a complete idiot. Instead of admitting it, he will make up any and every lie just to cover up the fact he didnt read anything. Thats why you should put a disclaimer stating your not responsible for compatbility and the products must be installed by a pro.
