Although it was an option, didn't purchase tracking - blamed me for not including it (it was $15 extra). He claimed the package never arrived, and that I did not help him or try to resolve. He left 2 negative star rating of the same issue, and I never received a message from this person ever. He removed his account on Etsy, so there was no way to resolve it.
