Details: | Clearly stated in listing that shipping to Brazil by economy air mail will take considerably longer time because of slow processing time of Brazilian customs and post office, and specified if they can't accept the shipping time, please use express shipping. Otherwise, should buy from sellers within Brazil. The buyer began to threaten to open case while the item is still in transit (within 1 month after dispatch). We provided the buyer with a tracking number, but he repetitively threatened to open a case unless we refunded him in full. If you don't want any BBE, don't sell to this guy. We are considering blocking all buyers from Brazil completely. |

Follows up:
On Jun 22, tracking information on Brazil Post web site indicates that the item has already arrived in Brazil. I immediately indicated the information in the resolution center about that, and told the buyer that he should receive the item soon. Buyer promptly escalated the case to eBay. Since the tracking information didn't indicate the item was successfully delivered (the item was still in transit), so eBay decided in favor of the buyer and issued him full refund. So I as an honest seller ended losing money and having 1 BBE record on my account. He as a scammer getting a great long sleeved t shirt from us for free. Dear fellew eBayers, we should block buyers from Brazil, as shipping to this country simply takes too long and with too many lost parcels.

There used to be a form you could select alaimttocaluy but i can't remember-.But if he hasn't left feedback he may not have had time- i leave all my feedback once a month when i am trading a lot on there- i don't have time to go in everyday. Some people just do not leave feedback- simple. Maybe he wasn't happy with the transaction and rather than leave you negative feedback he didn't leave any- i often do that. Don't worry- the world won't end if you don't get feedback- trust me i know. Was this answer helpful?
