Customer sent many red flag messages prior to me shipping the order. I knew that I should have canceled the order based on previous history with similar customers. I did not. I shipped it. Within 60 seconds of picking it up from the post office, the customer emailed me saying the figure was broken and "not a surprise based on my hasty salesmanship", which I was the opposite, I literally told him prior to shipping that I would prefer to cancel the order.
