On 07/12 the customer purchased merchandise for $105.92 and our system did not flag the transaction. Once the order was delivered to the shipping address, customer filled a charge back for the transaction. Twelve days later, the same customer with the same information placed an order for $1521.44. This time our system held the order and we are not going to ship the merchandise. It looks like they use a freight forwarder to move the merchandise. This freight forwarder has to be reported to the police for further investigation. |

Regardless of what your system flags or doesn't flag, your merchant account and gateway is set up to reject any types of verification checks. You can set it up if the address and zip code matches to accept the order, or decline the transaction if they dont match. You can set up the address, zip code and csv number in any arrangements to accept or decline the transaction. Its obviously you accept credit card transactions that dont have verified credit card/shipment address. That has nothing to do with a system flagging a transaction, if the payment information doesnt match and you take the risk of accepting the payment, you bare all the consequences and no one should be out any losses for your careless decisions that promote fraud.
