On 07/12 the customer purchased merchandise for $105.92 and our system did not flag the transaction. Once the order was delivered to the shipping address, customer filled a charge back for the transaction. Twelve days later, the same customer with the same information placed an order for $1521.44. This time our system held the order and we are not going to ship the merchandise. It looks like they use a freight forwarder to move the merchandise. This freight forwarder has to be reported to the police for further investigation.
