Buyer purchased a ring with engraving, and decided to return it regardless of amazon handmades policies stating that engraved or personalized rings are non-refundable or returnable. She falsely claimed the ring was the wrong size to initiate a return, upon inspection of the ring when it arrived back to me it was the same size she had requested on the order sheet. This was checked with multiple-ring mandrels. The ring also showed signs of wear when it was returned.

I'm putting this out there to primarily warn other small or handmade businesses of this woman. She does not care about your store policies, and thinks anything and everything can be returned due to buyer's remorse.
