Refused customer service or returning the item for a refund. He agreed to accept a partial refund with paypal, he then filed a SNAD claim with paypal anyhow! When paypal asked him to send the item back, he sent an empty box (as we expected!) Apparently a seasoned professional, poster child of an internet buyer that sellers want to avoid.

The guy bought a machine from me. Said it got damaged in shipping. I told him I'd take care of whatever it needed. He ignored my emails, filed a claim with Paypal, sent me the box back with a piece of garbage inside, not what I sold him, and now 80 days later, initiates a chargeback with his cc co. and Paypal freezes my account. Yikes!!!! STAY AWAY FROM CHI CHO!!!!!
