Details: | On August 10th Eric Glenn (the buyer from California) contacted me in intend to buy the speakers I listed on the local Craig list with the following description: “Used, good condition, pick-up only; buyer responsible for packaging and transportation”.
But the Buyer wanted the speakers so badly, he asked me to pack them (in the original boxes I had), so the transportation company will come and picked it up. I agreed to help him with this part, and he agreed to pay $11,600.
On August 12th the payment in the amount of $11,600.00 was made thru PayPal. PayPal account belongs to Heather Glenn.
The next day I started to pack speakers and documented all steps in the process of it, sending 38 pictures to buyer via text messaging.
On August 14th the transportation company picked up the speakers. On August 25th I received a text from the buyer: ”wanted to let you know that the speakers arrived safely”.
On October 31st (more than 2 month after receiving speakers) buyer opened the case asking to return $1,636.52 for absolutely no reason.
I completed all steps that’s we agreed on, I helped the buyer to pack speakers (which I didn’t charge them additionally for), he used them for 2 MONTHS and after that demanded some money back???!!! It’s totally absurd!
It seems that the buyer wanted to return the money he spent on transportation which is completely fraudulent! |
