she bought new, sealed in box hp printer ink from me on ebay. she returned item unauthorized, opened, seal tape removed, claiming it was not as described and didn't work at all. (not resellable as returned). I had tried to give advice to make it work. But i suspect it did work anyway, she had probably bought another one somewhere else. ? She returned it unauthorized. I videotaped entire process of me cutting open the return box, putting it into my printer, and IT PRINTED IN COLOR as described. Perhaps she returned her old one that was getting close to the end of useful life? IDK. anyway, she threatened me as fraud, etc. and insisted on full refund. I asked ebay and they said she did not meet any return conditions and this was Buyer's Remorse (it is also returns abuse). NOT covered under buyer protections. I could always send them the video files, in which case the fraud or fault would rightfully be attributed to her.
Trying to avoid "negative response", i sent her a partial COURTESY refund minus my approx sh cost. I explained ebay's returns position they told me about. Just now sent refund and messages to her.

I have yet to hear back and am praying for good reception. They can be so dam nasty sometimes. Jesus protect me! This one is dhorne, as in "devil horn" hehe. just kidding but it does seem to fit. Lots of nasty inappropriate threats and bullying / abuse from this one, right from the start. She wasted her own money and mine. Should have kept the item as it was a super super deal to begin with, and ya always run out of ink. Unless she bought the wrong one.... her fault anyway.
