This person bought from my ebay store some high-end stroller parts, then 4 months later filed "unauthorized transaction" with Paypal. Paypal determined in my favor according to its "Resolution Details", however in paypal's email to me it said "the buyer's financial institution won the case but paypal is releasing your withheld money because you are in good standing".
