This buyer bought a replacement laptop screen - brand new in sealed package. Buyer waited 2 weeks to claim damage to item. Buyer then uploaded two photos which the buyer stated would show "huge crack in screen" - the photos the buyer uploaded actually showed no damage and a perfect item. We asked buyer to upload a photo of damage for insurance reasons - buyer refused.
Buyer is a computer repair person and sells used laptops. I urge you to ban this person before they take your products like this person did to us. Ebay sided with the buyer because the photos showed no damage- yes that is what they actually said- now we are out almost $50.00 This buyer laughed at us- told us they were screwing us - and still got their refund.

That's a common scam and we stopped selling to computer repair shops. The scam is that these assholes will get a customers laptop computer, etc buy the parts fix the item, get paid from the customer, and then try to get their money back on the parts they used to fix the item. Record the serial numbers on the item, place special markings on the item that only you know where they are, and take pictures of anything going to assholes like this person. You know right off the bat the second he refuses something there's the red flag. Sellers are so paranoid that the buyer might file a dispute that they immediately ship a new product out without getting the old one back, that's a scam thats getting around nowadays. No refund or exchange until the original is returned in its original condition returned. Dont do anyone any favors.
