The buyer first tried to get me to refund them because they claim that the item was stolen off of their porch, despite the tracking showing delivered. Then they filed a credit card dispute with their financial institution and claimed that the item was not as described. Despite showing ample evidence that this person was trying to scam me out of my item their financial institution still refunded their money. I lost my item and the money from the sale.
