| Details: | This buyer always orders an item and then claims to have not received it. eBay sides with buyer since I ship cheap items without tracking and buyer wins case. I blocked first account after noticing it done 3 times. Buyer then used 2nd account and did it 3 more times, then I blocked that one too. Buyer then used 3rd account and did it 4 more times. This account here report is the 4th account buyer used to scam me. Called eBay and asked for complete ban of IP address but don't know if it was done. Be aware of this scammer whom I called out several times and just ignores me and runs to eBay. |

The second they buy the item, refund the money and report it to Ebay as the same scammer. First off for 17 cents for tracking, its your responsibility not anyone elses. You invite scams to happen! Charge the $3.95 for shipping and put tracking on it. You know the consquences and you gamble every single time you dont put proven tracking number on items, PayPal and Ebay tell you this and if there's fraud happening thats all because of you.
