The only way your going to prove that this buyer is a lying thief is to get the weight of the product and show on the shipping label the estimated weight. If this bullshit artist continues, go the post office and file fraud charges against her. If this bitch pulls it again, she will have charges filed against her because she'd be a repeat scam artist. I would send this bitch to collections for the charge back fee involved if you got one, just make sure you put that in your terms and make anyone agree to them. Document it on the invoice when they complete the transaction.
