He would order different things from your store, and claims one of the item he got has problem.
After a few communications,seller agreed to refund him the money of the item that have problem,and doesn't even need he to send the item back.

But This greedy guy is not satisfied，he want seller to refund the entire order!
Of courses seller won't agree,because only one of the item in that order has problem,seller already agree to refund that item. Asking for refund of entire order is ridiculous! After seller explained they cannot refund entire order，this buyer open case and left negative feedback.

So block buyer like this buyer is the best choice.
