Item delivery was delayed by several days in which eBay estimated due to buyer country's post office. The buyer immediately opened a case and requested full-refund. eBay always takes buyer's side, I was forced to fully refund. A week later, by checking tracking number the buyer received the item. I asked the buyer to pay again, but he told a lie that he received item but retunred on his expense. But I didn't get the item back. This buyer doesn't hesitate to tell a lie, receives the item for free by just opening a case on eBay! Beware! This buyer opens a case immediately when the delivery was little delayed. eBay's "Estimated Time of Arrival" makes sellers annoyed!! |

Under what authority do you release personal information. With false statement without written proof. An act of total discrimination.
The buyer has issued a return to the seller and under his expense. It is the sellers responsiblity to cover all return expenses.
A FALSE, IGNORANT, sellers that has a bad rep as a seller and for every negative feedback they receive they release the buyers info on sites like this. Fraudulent Ebay Japanese seller that has a return item in his hands and a negative feedback that gives him no right to make accusations.

Report the seller immediately for Doxxing.
Realesing any personal information on the internet without that persons right bearing consent is an illegal act.
There are plenty of sources that can legally help and many sources that can trace back to all their information.
A person who has been doxxed is also liable of taking the individual that doxxed them to a law suit and, is most favored in the victims case for being doxxed.
They have also went against eBay's policy by taking personal information and making eligable to anyone on the internet.
Badbuyerlist should know better in not allowing such information cause anyone that has issues with themselves or a bad day doesn't deserve to put someone else under the microscope.
Anyone can put others information on sites like this wheather it's false or true but, is it right?
