This is the only size we sell and have sold over 10,000 units with no issue , but we still supplied return label and promised full refund upon receipt to avoid issues with this looser . But his motive was to get free items and he demanded he get refund without returning or he will leave a negative feedback . He is a Scammer and should be blocked |

Thats why you never give into people and their demands. If you have policies posted and they complete the transaction, they are legally bound by it. DONT EVER pay for someone elses shipping for a return. And even if you get the return inspect it. Place special markings on the item, such as invisible ink, in a place only you know where it is. The second you get the product back look for the mark. Thats the only way your going to know if its yours. --- Ahole buyers will try to scare you into giving into their demands. Doing the right thing is the wrong thing to do. Make policies, stick to them and dont let them alter your policies.
