the buyer is: buy*more*junk

This buyer left hostile messages. I refunded the complete amount. Buyer then left inappropriate feedback. There was never a dispute, just a hostile message that put me on notice that this buyer was a potential problem. I cancelled the transaction and refunded the complete amount but buyer was still able to leave negative, inappropriate feedback.
