Sue eBay for the items lost. They made the decision, and when you sue them or file charges put eBay and PayPal as accessories to fraud. See what happens. High Value Item on Ebay, to a total stranger, place the debt to a collection agency and make sure you have proof of debt owed. Make sure you shipped to the confirmed address and she initiated the transaction. Send her a collections letter with a prepaid shipping label. Send the items via certified mail with return receipt. Give her 30 days to return the item, then send the bitch to collections.
