First of all, whatever is on the payment account is the person and only person you should be dealing with. Obviously she's using her bosses credit card. You should get a signed authorization from the cardholder that this other person is acting upon her behalf. Second you never provided any evidence that what she claims is what you shipped. In this event PayPal will make the buyer return the item before any refund is given. So next time show evidence instead of stupidly cutting and pasting what she says.
