this buyer was sent two $3 items in a first class envelope. she went crazy sending us a dozen emails threatening us for a refund because they did not arrive in 10 days. I later found the usps returned them to me because a piece of tape toughed the stamp. I refunded her asap. she said the refund was never received and left us two negative feedbacks!! Paypal clearly states a refund was given. keeps making demands and is very bad language. this is why ebay is going down hill. we have sold for over 20 yrs, with over 6000 positive and NO negatives until this crazy person.
