Details: | Terribly rude buyer, I attempted to contact due to the $6 silver clasp he ordered was missing a 3 cent jump ring, and offered a partial refund due to the missing jump ring if that was okay. Note it was the exact same clasp, just missing a small ring. We approached the buyer proactively to let them know of this situation, and buyer Raymond immediately went into a tear about this being a bait and switch, accusing us of fraud, and outright lying on the feedback. During the situation, I actually found another one with the jump ring, and was going to send both for the trouble, but he was so verbally abusive and rude that we simply refunded the order. |
