How does this make you a crook? If you don't provide tracking information, there is no way to prove that you actually mailed it out.

we did mail it out, if we didn't, we don't have to post it here, buyer claim for money back right after she confirmed the mail is not traceable, the communication with this buyer is until she confirmed there is no tracking number, then you cannot hear anything from her anymore even we wrote her few times after that.

Amilyn M Gabbard also ripped off our business. She tried to file a claim after she claimed she never received the package. the only problem she's an idiot. She posted a picture of her with the item on Facebook!
Another vendor also had a problem with her claiming the package was open when she received it and part of the order was missing. She is a lowlife.

She attempted to rip our business off as well. She purchased 2 glass items from our shop, in which I wrapped separately, in lots of bubble wrap. She wrote us and stated that upon arrival, both items broke. As clearly stated in our policies, I asked for a picture of the broken pieces for our records and we would happily send her a replacement. She promptly replied with, "I don't have a camera on my phone to take a picture. I'm a bit disheartened by this and don't think I would like a replacement. Is it possible to just get a refund?" I said without proof of the broken piece, no. After doing my research, I've come to the same conclusion, she's an idiot. She posted a "selfie" 4 days prior to her stating she had nothing to take a picture with. Really? Get a life. You are not only on the "bad buyer list", which should be embarrassing enough, but you are no longer welcome to purchase anything from our shop. It looks like you're making a name for yourself. Be proud.

So many sellers have problem with the same buyer! I bet there must be many victims as not everybody report here. I hope PayPal read it and block her from purchasing online forever!
Never issue refund directly, ask her to file of dispute of not as described on PayPal so she will need to provide proof or ship the items back to seller.
Now every time I suspect a buyer, I just simply ask them to open case on PayPal even for the ones I don't have tracking number, this is the only way for PayPal to take record, If someone open cases for too many times, she/he will be limited to use PayPal in the future.
