Claimed the non tracked envelope with $10 worth of parts was not delivered. Of course there's a small chance that the letter didn't arrive. So always use tracking when selling to this buyer. The feedback this users left for others on eBay doesn't look so good either. It's nearly half negative and there are no neutrals.
