Details: | Completely ruined a brand new item by returning it with the original packaging (box and inserts) all torn up and with food grease stains, the product full of fingerprints, and the accessories haphazardly tossed in. The box wouldn't even shut, and he didn't even bother trying to properly arrange the contents so that it would. To top it off, he added no padding and returned the item in an undersized shipping box which crushed the item in transit. eBay forced me to issue a full refund even though this was a buyer's remorse return. |

What do you expect from a spick. Thats why anything that is "new" or high price in value, you should always take pictures of and insure. Take that extra costs in pricing and add it to the shipping. When you open returns make sure (1) its infront of a postal employee or (2) you are videoing the opening. Submit both pictures of the shipping and return. Wonder if you dont do anything at all, would eBay still "force you". you should appeal it and get a police report.
