i sold an original MS office to buyer, sealed with activation code. buyer installed, told me there is no problem and used the activation code. 10 days later told me his software doesnt run smoothly. i offered help to take alook at it. he refused and just want refund. i ask him to redownload the program from MS website, but he just asked for refund..
called paypal, i won, but 15 days later, he appealed the case.
what am i going to do with a used CD with no activation code?!! bad buyer!!

just because he appealed it doesn't mean you loose. keep communicating with him through ebay or on pay pal site. Perhaps he will make another mistake.

Ebay and pay pal can see and read all communication that is done on their site. Call Pay PAL AND TALK TO THEM ABOUT THE PROBLEM AND THEY WILL MAKE NOTES DIRECTLY INTO YOUR CASE RECORDS.

Call ebay and report him as a problem buyer and they will red flag him.

Hello. I sent your CD to Microsoft, thinking it was fraudulent and they replaced it, confirming that it was a bad CD.
