He cheated me out of a camera. He paid for it. Then wanted a refund which I agreed to. When asked to return the item to me thru a Paypal dispute decision....He cancelled the dispute and filed with his financial institute telling him the item was defective. They charged the 548.00 back to my paypal and he never returned the camera and won't answer emails. Look up Sam Shim of Columbus Ohio. Interesting info about him This has happened several times as I contacted other buyers who gave him a negative rating.
