Details: | Buyer purchased a SD card on a Friday night. I shipped the item next business day, which was Monday morning. It took the item 7 days for delivery, due to postal & winter delays in the midwest at that time. So, buyer complains to me that I was too slow in my delivery of the item. I told him that I apologize, but winter storms & postal delays in transit system are out of my control. The buyer ended up leaving me a neutral feedback. Some buyers have no patience. Seller beware. |
