Buyer bought a prepaid phone and was sending me messages as to when the item would arrive even though I provided tracking number. From my experience, when a customer sends you messages before or during shipment of item, it's usually a bad sign that the buyer is a scammer planning to get a refund while keeping the item. Buyer filed a refund return request with a vague description: iacq. After giving the buyer 4 days to be more specific, I had to call ebay customer service so they can file a case on my behalf and close the return request. Ebay resolved the problem. Do not sell to this buyer
