| Details: | Bought 4 LED bulbs for $29US. Filed chargeback saying it is unauthorized. Paypal debited the full amount from my account plus $20US chargeback fee. Emailed the buyer to confirm if he did file a chargeback and no reply. If this is unauthorized, I can't understand someone will stole a credit card and ordered something and ship to the card holder's address. Don't try me!!! |
