| Details: | Buyer damaged the item trying to alter it themselves. So she claimed the item was broken 10 days after the item was delivered. We requested a photo to support her claim. The photo shows that the item was broken by physical force. She then filed a CC chargeback with fake reasons & forged documents! |

First off you have to prove your so called claims of forged documents. Also have to prove the item was damaged by the buyer. Its your word vs theirs.
