Complains that the item was shipped to wrong address. Of course, this wasn't true. We always ship to the address that is provided in the buyer's payment. Turns out that the buyer had the wrong paypal payment address, and blames the seller for her issues.

Afterwards, the buyer decides its o.k. to leave us bad feedback. Well, we called ebay right away. eBay stated she was in violation of policy for contradicting the feedback she left in our profile. The bad feedback was removed immediately.

Additionally, I didn't block her in time as she left the feedback then she quickly purchased another item from us. eBay stated to go ahead and ship the item, as I'm covered for anything that the buyer complains about, even item not as described.

She is now blocked and reported twice to eBay, we called it in and used the report buyer link. This is just a warning to other sellers. Good Luck!
