Pulled an 'item not as described scam', even though I accurately described the item. Ebay even judged the case in my favor (surprisingly). This buyer put me in a position where, on a $12.50 item, I was going to have to eat the original shipping cost, plus the cost for the buyer to send the item back to me. I would not ship to this unscrupulous buyer.
