Buyer purchased a Sony Platinum Headset and sent photos of a damaged Platinum headset to be returned. When we received the actual return it was a different damaged headset entirely, not the same model, not the one he purchased from us, and we realized the original photos he sent were stolen from the internet. It is clear he never intended to return the correct Platinum headset and it was not damaged, as the photos he sent of damage were taken from another internet user.
