(5) make sure the IP address is within a reasonable distance to the credit card's billable address. (6) bring up the point that its a video game in which the asshole can copy and get tired of playing with it. As long as you can combine that you should be ok, and dont let his asshole bank redispute the item again for the same reason, its illegal and they cant.
