(1) make sure the credit card was charged with a verified and approved address, an exact match (2) make sure you shipped the product with tracking to only that address (3) take the name google it get get matches to the confirmed address - even though his bank already knows what his address is (4) take every piece of information on the sales order and link it directly to the credit card's billable address. (5) make sure the IP address is within a reasonable distance to the credit card's billable address. (6) bring up the point that its a video game in which the asshole can copy and get tired of playing with it. As long as you can combine that you should be ok, and dont let his asshole bank redispute the item again for the same reason, its illegal and they cant.
