The buyer purchased a computer on Amazon.com. Unfortunately, the computer was defective on arrival. I provided a prepaid return shipping label to the buyer and issued a full refund. Here is the feedback the buyer left:"This "refurbished" Yoga was dead on arrival. The screen/display never turned on when the laptop was powered on. I live with an IT professional and he tried unscrewing and opening up the back of the Yoga to try to get the display to work. I also called Lenovo support - they told me its likely a hardware issue. The seller Laptoptree knowingly sold me a completely non-functional laptop. Returned. "

Why would I 'knowingly' sell a defective computer? The buyer didn't try to communicate with me at all.
