buyers can easily open a new a/c without going thru a troublesome verification but not sellers. that's why the ebay system is very unfair to sellers.

He just purchased a brand new factory sealed dvd from me and asked for very specific things such as ship in a box, send best one and as soon as he gets it he claims they skip. Add frest75 to your blocked bidder list, this is what alfred is now using.
