This buyer is a scam. You can check the high percentage of negative feedbacks she gave other sellers. 13 of the the 21 feedbacks she left sellers from Nov 10 2013 to Jan 8 2014 were negative. She subsequently revised 4 of these 13 negative feedbacks to positive (I bet after she received refund from sellers). It's a shame that eBay would allow such a scumbag to get away with her criminal acts.
