This low life buyer bought a pair of LED bulbs on June 4, 2016. On June 11, 2016 he email me saying one of the bulb is damaged (the LED part and the base are separated) when he received the package. Since they are packed in a small box and put in a bubble mailer so I am 100% sure he damaged it. After receiving the return package I noticed that there are several damaged which is caused by installation, and one deep scratch on the base/socket which is caused by clipper or scissors (the open tried to open the bulb). I called xbay for help and looks like they only covered the buyer. I even email the low life and asked if he tried to install the bulb or not and he denied. What a f___ing low life!!! Return my money within 14 days and I will have this removed.
