This buyer purchased a computer on a Sunday, March 8. She then sent an email at 7:30AM on Monday to find out if the item had shipped and another one a few hours later. Once I gave her the tracking number she was unhappy that I had not uploaded it on ebay/paypal. Anyways she asked me how long it takes and I gave her an estimate based on FedEx estimate. There was a snowstorm and FedEx was experiencing difficulties and they changed the delivery estimate by one day. She went completely berserk. I offered to speak to her over the phone and tried to explain that I had shipped on time and there was nothing I could do. It was like talking to a hurricane. She essentially demanded that I ship her another computer with 2 day shipping while she didn't want to pay for the second computer. I explained to her that there wasn't another retailer in the world who would accede to such a request but she was unhappy. Once the computer was delivered she opened a case saying that the computer was not sealed and had non-genuine windows. Well, this computer shipped straight from Lenovo to our warehouse and then to her. But I knew better than to argue with her so I accepted her return request and sent her a prepaid return shipping label. 2 days later she closed the ebay return request and left a negative feedback.

A truly horrible person. I hope no one has to deal with her again.
