I sent the buyer the above part. He complained that I sent him an
incomplete part and filed a dispute with ebay. Ebay denied the
claim and closed the dispute in my favor. The buyer then filed a
charge back via PayPal. Paypal ordered the buyer to return the
part. The package arrived today 01.04.16 and the contents consisted
of a used engine pulley, bolt, and dried up used bearing. The URO
Part I sent the buyer was not contained in the package. The buyer
is clearly defrauded me of $83.24, not including the time and
expenses of dealing with this matter.

The buyer needs to be dealt with to prevent further fraud.
