First thing, do not do business with any pieces of trash from Brooklyn or the Bronx. most of them are assholes and scammers. This is just another worthless piece of crap from NY pulling their scam. PayPal & EBay are the ones that bring trailer trash to buyers. You should put a limit on the amount of products. Say put a $50 cap on EBay products to reduce scams. Any high ticket items you should of insured, put a signature required on the product, photograph everything, and do a restricted delivery. PayPal is going to side with the buyer because the worthless piece of crap can file a dispute with their credit card company and since Paypal is the one that legally charged the buyer's card, they are going to do everything to avoid his credit card company pulling the money from them. PayPal will screw you over the same thing with Ebay.
