Sellers dont bother doing business with this person. Its just another scam artist that owns a computer repair facility. He will try to scam you by purposely violating your clearly stated policies. We've encountered to many scam artists like this one, that will try to break your own policies. They purposely place a non credit card billable address in hopes that you'd ship it to an unconfirmed address. The second they get it, they will contact their credit card company and file a fraud dispute claiming they never got the product. Hense your out the money, the product, and a dispute fee.

This moron clearly knew what the policies stated clearly on the checkout and purposely tried to get our company to forgo our own policies and place another address other than the credit card billable address. Dont need morons like this person.
