| Details: | Georgianna Lotz bought a $500 chandelier from me, then asked for a refund for a bogus reason. I paid for the return shipping on the chandelier and refunded her completely. After she received her refund, she opened a case with her credit card after and Georginna got $500 back pulled from my account. DO NOT DEAL WITH GEORGINNA LOTZ. I have no idea how her credit company did not see this, but she refused to respond from me and STOLE $500 from m. |
