"The buyer wants to return a broken watch after using it whilst washing dishes, thinking because it says WATER RESIST, she can use the watch constantly whilst being in contact with water. She said she was happy with the watch UNTIL it stopped working after she has used it washing up the dishes. She wanted to return the broken watch, and I explained to her that it is not possible as the watch is already NOT in its original state when it was sent to her, she still insists that it was my fault because I did not emphasise that point in the description. I did explain to her what "Water Resist" meant but still she's adamant about the item not as described. It was also stated there that only 50m Water Resistance and up can be used around SINKS, etc."
