Ordered $400 worth of stuff. Was suspicious(based on long experience). Asked for ID, received ID, but something was not quite right. We did not ship products immediately and after a few days - "The cardholder doesn't recognize this charge and reported it as fraudulent".
So we refunded money, but were charged fee.
