This buyer purchases a $4 item from my store. Then he emails stating he and his father wanted more of the same item. So, I told him that I would obtain more of the same items for him and his father. It took me a couple of days, but I worked hard in finding those particular items for this buyer. So, I posted the items to my store and notified the buyer that the items are up for sale. The buyer wanted to know if I could do a special deal on the items if he purchased in bulk. I stated to start the negotiation process by simply placing a bid. In the meantime, the first purchase got delivered to this buyers house. So, up to this point this buyer has been very talkative in their emails. So, after the original purchase was delivered I received a feedback stating the item didn't work, but he left me a positive. I ran a report, and this SOB left me a low detailed rating.
Here is what I don't get....... This buyer emailed every day for an update. Then all of a sudden he cut off communication, leaves me a positive, leaves me a 2 out of 5 stars for item not as described without me trying to fix the situation. And besides what the buyer did, I still mailed him a replacement. He never followed up with me on replacement. Sellers beware!!!
